Pick your vial size

Mix with BAC water

For a 10 mg vial, add

0.5 mL (50 units) BAC water

Draw your weekly dose

Stay on each dose for a minimum of 4 weeks before increasing.

Where to start

New to GLP's

2.5 mg / week

Never taken Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Mazdutide, Survodutide, Liraglutide, or CagriSema.

Experienced

5 mg / week

Have taken a GLP before for at least one month at the standard starter/adaptive dose.

Quick Rules

  • Dose once every 7 days, same day each week.
  • Subcutaneous administration only.
  • May be taken at any time of day/night — not necessary to be fasted.
  • Hold each dose at least 4 weeks before increasing.
  • Do not microdose or split-dose — reduces efficacy and increases desensitization.
  • Cycle 16 weeks on / minimum 8 weeks off to avoid desensitization.

Do NOT use if

Pregnant or breastfeeding · personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma or MEN 2 · Type-1 diabetes, diabetic retinopathy, or severe GI disease · allergic or hypersensitive to Tirzepatide.
