Where to start
New to GLP's
2.5 mg / week
Never taken Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Mazdutide, Survodutide, Liraglutide, or CagriSema.
Experienced
5 mg / week
Have taken a GLP before for at least one month at the standard starter/adaptive dose.
Quick Rules
- Dose once every 7 days, same day each week.
- Subcutaneous administration only.
- May be taken at any time of day/night — not necessary to be fasted.
- Hold each dose at least 4 weeks before increasing.
- Do not microdose or split-dose — reduces efficacy and increases desensitization.
- Cycle 16 weeks on / minimum 8 weeks off to avoid desensitization.
Do NOT use if
Pregnant or breastfeeding · personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma or MEN 2 · Type-1 diabetes, diabetic retinopathy, or severe GI disease · allergic or hypersensitive to Tirzepatide.
