Mix with BAC water
For a 10 mg vial, add
3 mL (300 units) BAC water
Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry, dark location. This helps to prevent the peptide from gelling. Storage at this temperature decreases the time available to finish the vial.
Draw your dose
Subcutaneous administration. Stay on the lowest effective dose as long as possible.

12–16 weeks
Followed by a 4–8 week washout period before restarting.
Schedule
5 days on
Inject 5 days per week with 2 consecutive rest days.

Night, 90+ min after last meal
Dose at night, at least 90 minutes after your last meal.

Quick Rules
- Subcutaneous administration only.

- 20 mg vial: mix with 3 mL (300 units) BAC water.
- 10 mg standard: 30 units (1 mg), 1×/day, 5 days/week.
- 10 mg maximum: 60 units (2 mg), 1×/day, 5 days/week.
- 20 mg standard: 15 units (1 mg), 1×/day, 5 days/week.
- 20 mg maximum: 30 units (2 mg), 1×/day, 5 days/week.
- Dose at night, at least 90 minutes after last meal.
- Inject 5 days per week with 2 consecutive rest days.
- Cycle: 12–16 weeks on, followed by 4–8 week washout.
- Store at room temperature in a cool, dry, dark location.

Do NOT use if
Pituitary tumors or prior pituitary surgery · active malignancy · allergic to mannitol · pregnant or breastfeeding · hypothalamic-pituitary axis disruption · diagnosed pituitary disorder.
