Mix with BAC water
For a 10 mg vial, add
3 mL (300 units) BAC water
Draw your dose
Morning dosing preferred. May be taken with or without food. Stay on the lowest effective dose as long as possible. Increase only when necessary.

Preferred for slower, more sustained systemic effects. Use 0.3 mL / 30-unit or 1 mL / 100-unit syringes.

Followed by a 6–8 week washout period before restarting.
Quick Rules
- Subcutaneous or nasal administration.
- Mix 10 mg vial with 3 mL (300 units) BAC water.
- Weeks 1–2: 10–15 units (333–500 mcg) once daily, 5–7 days/week.
- Weeks 3–4: 15 units (500 mcg) once daily, 5–7 days/week.
- Weeks 5–8: 30 units (1 mg) once daily, 5–7 days/week.
- Morning dosing preferred.

- Cycle: 6–8 weeks on, followed by 6–8 week washout.
