Pick your vial size

Mix with BAC water

For a 10 mg vial, add

1 mL (100 units) BAC water

Draw your weekly dose

Stay on each dose for a minimum of 4 weeks before increasing.

Where to start

New to GLP's

2 mg / week

Never taken Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Mazdutide, Survodutide, Liraglutide, or CagriSema.

Experienced

4 mg / week

Have taken a GLP before with at least one dose increase while on it.

Quick Rules

  • Dose once every 7 days, same day each week.
  • Subcutaneous administration only.
  • Best with a light meal — avoid large meals or alcohol.
  • Hold each dose at least 4 weeks before increasing.
  • Do not microdose or split-dose — reduces efficacy and increases desensitization.
  • Cycle 16 weeks on / minimum 8 weeks off to avoid desensitization.

Do NOT use if

Pregnant or nursing · chronic kidney disease · advanced liver disease · Crohn's or IBD · personal or family history of thyroid cancer · allergic to peptide-based medications.
