Subcutaneous administration. Rotate injection sites daily.

For gut repair, choose a consistent time each day. For all other uses, dose at any time of day.

Quick Rules

  • Subcutaneous administration only.
  • 8-week cycle followed by 4–8 week washout period.
  • Start at 5 units (200 mcg) once per day.
  • Increase by 3 units (100 mcg) only as needed.
  • Maximum dose is 25 units (1 mg) per day.
  • Dose daily during the cycle.
  • For gut repair, use a consistent time each day.
  • Rotate injection sites daily for comfort and hygiene.
  • Do not use while pregnant or nursing.
  • Do not use with an active cancer diagnosis.

Do NOT use if

Pregnant or breastfeeding · active cancer diagnosis. Possible side effects include injection site reactions (redness, swelling, itching), nausea, and fatigue.
