Pick your vial size

Mix with BAC water

For a 5 mg vial, add

2.5 mL (250 units) BAC water

All 7 days per week for the duration of the cycle.

Bedtime dosing

30 mins – 1 hr before bed

Take dose 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime for optimal sleep induction.

Route

Subcutaneous injection

Subcutaneous administration only.

Quick Rules

  • Subcutaneous injection only.
  • 8–12 week cycle followed by 4–8 week washout period.
  • Dose daily, all 7 days per week.
  • Take 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.
  • Start at 100 mcg (5 units) and titrate up by 100 mcg as needed.
  • Maximum dose 700 mcg (35 units).

Do NOT use if

Pregnant or breastfeeding · taking ACE inhibitors (e.g. captopril) · severe psychiatric conditions · personal history of cancer · using other CNS depressants, prescription sedatives, or street drugs · combining with amphetamines without caution.
